We know how busy teachers are with marking and planning, so we have done the preparation for you!

The resource kit for the lesson What is in my Bread? can now be signed out of the Port Interpretive Centre. The kit includes everything necessary to conduct an engaging and informative lesson.

There are a variety of grain products for students to sample (crackers, pasta etc.), grains (barley, flax),  pictures of different wheat and barley grains, shovels, sieves, buckets, the book From Wheat to Bread and the grain sorting worksheet.

Come down to the Port Interpretive Centre to get more information—and start using this great resource!
